CAN I VIEW THE ITEMS BEFORE I HIRE?
Yes you can.
Our staff at Tweed Wedding Marquee Party Hire are available so you can view all equipment before you hire from us. Our location is 3/14 enterprise ave, (Crn Parkside Drive), South Tweed Heads. HOW DO I BOOK?
Bookings can be made vai phone or email. We do require payment prior to the equipment being taken. There are fees that may apply if equipment is broken or damaged.
CAN I PAY VIA EFT-POS?
Yes, payments can be made via eft-pos.
DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellation by the hirer must be made within 24-48 hours of hire. If we do not receive a cancellation notice, a fee of 20% of the total hire cost is payable.
DO YOU HAVE AN ONLINE PRICE LIST?
Our price list is located on our website at: https://www.weddingmarquees.com.au/price-list/, or you can ask to have it emailed to you.
WHEN IS DELIVERY AND PICKUP OF THE HIRED ITEMS?
As most equipments is hired for weekend events, we normally deliver Thursday or Friday and pick up Monday or Tuesday. This varies and depends on the size of the event and logistics based on efficient delivery runs based on other bookings.
WHAT IS THE USUAL HIRE PERIOD?
Generally, most hire periods are 2 to 3 days in duration.
WHAT IF I NEED TO EXTEND THE HIRE PERIOD?
Customers are charged an extra fee, that will need to be assessed and quoted by one of our friendly staff.
WHAT IS THE COST OF GETTING EQUIPMENT DELIVERED?
Delivery costs depend on the delivery location and how easy it is to access. The closer you are to our depot in Tweed, the cheaper the delivery price.
IS PICK UP AVAILABLE FOR THE EQUIPMENT?
Personal pick up is available, but depends on the size of your order. Please make sure if you are arranging to pick up yourself, that you have the correct capacity to do so. These pick ups are made from our facility located in South Tweed Heads.
WHAT IS THE BOND CHARGE OR OTHER CHARGES?
A bond is required for all pick up and delivered equipment where applicable. Bonds are to be paid in cash, and if paid by check, payment clearance will be required before any refunds are made.
All equipment must be returned clean. All breakages and shortages must be paid for by the customer. Transactions are COD except by prior arrangement. Where equipment is not returned clean, the Hirer shall pay the cleaning fee. Deposits are returned only after equipment is checked at the warehouse. Should furniture not be stacked and ready for collection on the specified date, extra fees will apply.
WHAT IS THE BEST SIZE MARQUEE FOR MY WEDDING?
There are a number of variables to consider when deciding marquee size for your wedding. These include:
- Total space available
- Number of attending guests
- Whether or how large a dance floor or stage is required
- Whether other equipment such as buffets and tables are required
We can come and assess the venue for you, and advise accordingly, as to what is the best size marquee for your wedding.
